07:30 - Registration opens, coffee in the foyer
08:30 - Official opening of the 2024 Conference
09:15 - District 69 Table Topics Contest
10:15 - Morning tea served in the foyer
10:45 - Mainstage guest speaker
11:45 - Educational session one. Choose between three breakout workshops
12:30 - Lunch served in the foyer.Â
13:30 - Mainstage guest speaker
14:30 - District 69 International Speech Contest
16:00 - Afternoon tea served in the foyer
16:30 - Down time. Retire to your room and get ready to party!
Saturday Evening, 4 May
17:30 - Bar in foyer open
18:30 - Gala Dinner. Celebrate the centenary of Toastmasters.
Sunday, 5 May
08:00 - Registration opens, coffee in the foyer
08:30 - District Council Update. Congratulate the incoming team and hear what's going on around 69!
09:30 - Educational session two. Choose between three breakout workshops
10:15 - Morning tea served in the foyer
10:45 - District 69 Evaluation Contest
12:00 - Educational session three. Choose between three breakout workshops
12:45 - Lunch served in the foyer (includes Club Presidents breakout)
13:45 - District 69 Humorous Speech Contest
15:15 - Official Close of the District 69 Conference
15:45 - Afternoon tea served in the foyer
Monday, 6 May
07:00 - Breakfast at Quarterdeck Cafe from 7:00am (open for all, pay your own way)
09:00 - Group booking discount for Sea Life Sunshine Coast for those that have purchased the Monday Excursion!
